Water Search Underway for Missing Woman in Greene County

Indiana Conservation Officers are currently searching Plummer River looking for Tania Holloman, 39, of Koleen, and her vehicle.  She was last heard from at 9:30 PM last night when she called her father and told him she had accidently driven into the flood water.

The location was confirmed by cell phone records to be west of Koleen on the Mineral-Koleen Road. Greene County Sheriff’s Department, Richland-Taylor Fire Department, Richland Fire Department, Greene County Ambulance, Indiana State Police, and Indiana Conservation Officers have been on-scene searching throughout the night.

This morning, conservation officers were able to conduct a boat based search. High waters and fast current are hindering the search efforts.  At this time neither the vehicle nor Holloman have been located.

Search efforts are winding up for the evening due to darkness and will continue tomorrow morning.
